Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow
Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our
friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone
very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster
and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone
from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Tigger - 1993
Orange Short Hair Tabby

Technically, Tigger was the first cat I got as an adult but his life time with me was just so short, he only stayed with me for several months. Tigger I
learned was a wild stray, though I didn't know it at the time I adopted him, but he was extremely outgoing and a very very friendly cat. Tigger had a personality
that the neighbors never forgot, he made his daily visits door to door in the apartment area we lived eventually paying a visit to the grade school across
the field from us. Although his time was short his personality seemed endless I could never forget Tigger not in this lifetime. Tigger was hit by a car
and passed into the Rainbow Bridge. He is dearly missed.

Smokey - 2002

Smokey's life was taken as quickly as we got her. She was a sweet darling little thing for the little time we had her. Smokey's tragedy haunted me and put
me in such trama for weeks until Sully was introduced into my life. I will never forget dear little Smokey and look forward seeing her again on the other
side of our worlds.
I miss you always my little sweet heart.

Pooh Cat 1994 - 2006

Pooh Cat was my second cat after Tigger. He was a very calm, gentle, loving fella, he was my honey... After moving several times in
his life time, he grew more distant, he didn't take the moves very well. While I tried my hardest to help him through his issues, Pooh Cat disappeared for
a year once, we found him in the local shelter, and again he has disappeared. Whether he be rescued, replaced, or passed onto the Rainbow Bridge, I will
never forget my dear boy... I miss you POOH!
